We're on a mission to create 10 million human firewalls! At revel8, we redefine cybersecurity training with hyper-realistic simulations that reflect today's evolving attack landscape. Our innovative platform combines AI-driven multi-channel attacks with gamified, real-time learning to build resilience where it matters most: the people.

Your mission

We have product-market fit and a strong inbound signal, but what we don't have yet is a predictable demand engine behind it. We're looking for an operator who turns that signal into a system: clear bets on where we play, sharp experiments on how we win, and pipeline numbers we can actually plan against. As Founders Associate - Growth & Marketing you will scale our paid acquisition channels, run a steady cadence of conversion experiments, and built a demand gen playbook that grows with us. You'll work closely with our Founders to decide where we play and where we deliberately don't, and turn those bets into qualified leads and revenue.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Build our Inbound Engine: You decide where we play and where we don't, across paid (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO, AI-search (GEO), and content. You turn those bets into a predictable inbound pipeline for DACH and beyond.
  • Own the Numbers: Pipeline volume, quality, and contribution to ARR are yours. You set the targets, build the tracking, and call what's working and what isn't.
  • AI & Automation: You design scalable automation across our marketing tech-stack, connecting tools, data, and workflows. You bring in AI-powered solutions wherever they make us faster, sharper, or measurably better.
  • Sales Partnership & ABM: You work hand-in-hand with Sales to sharpen ICP and personas, and run ABM campaigns that move target accounts through the funnel.

Is it you we are looking for?

You...
  • Are a recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; or bring 1–2 years of first experience in a B2B SaaS, startup, or consulting environment.
  • Have a strong hands-on mentality. You execute, you don't just plan, and you'd rather ship a rough V1 than perfect every last bit.
  • Are wired for ops and ownership. You treat inbound as a systems problem to be solved with data, AI, and execution. Brand and design matter at revel8, but in this role, your weapon of choice is the funnel.
  • Are analytical by default. You'd rather measure what worked than guess and metrics like CAC, CPL, MQL/SQL, and conversion rates feel like useful tools, not jargon.
  • Are AI-native and experiment with tools like Claude, make, or HubSpot AI features. You instinctively automate so you can focus on the work that compounds.
  • Bring curiosity and learning agility. You'll be building something new. We don't expect you to know every channel from day one, but we do expect you to figure it out fast.
  • Communicate clearly in English (C1+) and German (native), written and spoken, and collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
Bonus:
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS demand gen, content marketing, and ABM
  • A background or genuine interest in cybersecurity, AI, or another tech-heavy space

revel8 is building the next generation of cybersecurity awareness for the age of GenAI. We help organizations protect themselves against modern social engineering attacks by turning their employees into an active line of defense.

It's been a fast ride so far: Founded in August 2024 by Tom and Julius, we moved to the Merantix Campus in Berlin and welcomed Robert as our CTO and co-founder shortly after. We landed our first enterprise customer in March 2025, raised our €5.1M seed round in September 2025, and moved the whole team back to Munich in February 2026.
